Kelley C Hoyt, MSPT

 

Kelley is the owner and chief Physical Therapist.  Kelley earned her degree at the University of New Mexico and immediately continued with her Master of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University in Illinois 35 years ago.  She has worked in a variety of clinical settings eventually finding her niche in the water.   Certified by Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute (ATRI) and training through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), Kelley adapted traditional therapy to water addressing the need of  those patients with complicated cases such as; chronic pain, fibromyalgia and neutropathy.  Kelley is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the APTA's Private Practice and Aquatic Sections.

John Novak PT, DPT

John  brings more than 10 years of combined  physical therapy and clinical psychology experience to ATW.  After earning his Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of  Houston, John worked as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the residential psychiatric treatment setting.  John earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University and is passionate about the psychology of physical rehabilitation and positive outcomes.   At ATW, John utilizes this skill set to provide patients a comprehensive treatment experience.  Dr. Novak is a proud member of the Illinois Physical Therapy Association, the American Physical Therapy Association and the APTA's Aquatic Physical Therapy Section,

 

Lori Cowhey, PTA

 

Lori originally studied nursing prior to becoming a licensed PTA over 30 years ago.  She has worked in various facilities throughout the Chicago market specifically in the areas of in and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, home health, sports clinics and now at ATW.  

Becky Vosicky, PTA

Becky became a PTA as s second career over 15 years ago and we are so glad she did!  In her nurturing way, Becky has worked with adults and children through inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics and home health. Her current focus is in orthopedics with an emphasis on manual and aquatic therapy.  

Kelly Carey, Kinesiologist

Kelly graduated from Northern Illinois University with her degree in Kinesiology. She is also certified through the Aquatic Therapy Rehabilitation Institute (ATRI) and is currently  conducting our  MEDICALLY MONITORED AQUATIC CLASSES.
